Roofing Marketing That Keeps Your Crews Busy

Roofing marketing built for companies that need the phone ringing before the next storm hits: local SEO, Google and Meta ads, and a CRM that never misses a call.

What’s Included

  • Local SEO built for roofers
  • Google and Meta ads that book jobs
  • Missed-call text-back so leads don’t go cold

Roofing Is Three Businesses Wearing One Shirt

There is retail work, where a homeowner pays for a repair or a replacement out of their own pocket and collects two or three bids first. There is storm work, where one hail event fills your board for a season and the job runs through the property owner, their carrier and an adjuster. And there is commercial, where a property manager puts a reroof out to bid, the cycle runs months instead of days, and the spec says TPO or EPDM or modified bitumen long before anybody talks about price.

In roofing marketing, those three lanes need different keywords, different landing pages and different follow-up. A storm lead goes cold in days. A commercial reroof bid can sit for a quarter. Retail sits in between, and it is the lane most roofing marketing neglects, because it is the only one that never arrives on its own.

Our roofing marketing covers all three, so your crew schedule is not hostage to the last hailstorm.

How Our Roofing Marketing Helps Roofers Grow

Local SEO for Roofers

Show up when someone searches “roof repair near me” or “roofing company” in your service area, not just your city name.

Learn More

Google & Meta Ads

Target homeowners dealing with storm damage or planning a replacement, in the zip codes where you actually want jobs.

Missed-Call Text-Back & CRM

Every missed call gets an instant text back, so a busy day on the roof does not mean a lost lead to the next company in line.

Storm Response And Canvassing Support

Hail lands in a swath, not a city. We move ad budget into the affected zip codes within days, stand up a landing page for that storm, and give your canvassers a short link and a text number for the door hanger, so a knock at an empty house still has somewhere to send people.

Commercial Reroof And Property Manager Work

In commercial roofing marketing, searches like commercial roofing contractor, TPO roof replacement and flat roof repair pull a completely different buyer than roof repair near me. That buyer reads before calling, so the page has to cover membrane systems, tear-off versus recover, warranty terms, and how you keep an occupied building running while you work.

Reviews, Warranty Registration And Referral Follow-Up

Final inspection closes, the review request goes out while the crew is still loading the trailer, and a warranty registration reminder follows the week after. Review volume and recency move both your map position and your Local Service Ads ranking, and a registered warranty is a reason for your roofing marketing to be in that homeowner’s inbox years later.

Your Google Business Profile And AI Answers

Your license, your service radius, the roof systems you install and how fast you answer go on your Google Business Profile and into structured markup, written so a homeowner reads reassurance and an AI assistant reads a fact it can repeat when somebody asks it who to call about a leaking roof.

Storm Ready

Storm Season Does Not Wait. Neither Should Your Roofing Marketing.

When hail hits the Front Range, homeowners search fast and book the first company that answers. Our roofing marketing gets you found before your competitors and gets your team the leads while the roof is still top of mind.

Every Missed Call Is A Lead For The Next Roofer In Search.

Trailblazer CRM texts back every missed call in seconds, so a job site with no signal does not cost you a customer. Leads get tracked automatically from first click to booked job.

Trailblazer CRM also has a ready-made setup built for roofing companies, so your account starts built for your trade instead of blank. You finish the setup with Trailblazer support and learn how every piece works along the way.

Never Miss A Lead

In Colorado, Roofing Marketing Copy Is A Compliance Question First

Two state rules reach roofing advertising directly. C.R.S. 6-22-105(1) applies where the work is paid for out of the proceeds of a residential property and casualty insurance policy. In that situation a roofing contractor may not advertise or promise to pay, waive or rebate all or part of the insurance deductible on the claim. Separately, C.R.S. 6-22-105(3) bars a roofing contractor from claiming to be, or acting as, a public insurance adjuster adjusting the claim, and C.R.S. 10-2-417(1)(a) says that nobody may act or hold themselves out as a public adjuster in Colorado without a public adjuster license. That second section has no roofing carve-out.

That makes a short list of very familiar phrases risky. Two of them sit squarely inside the deductible rule: free roof, and no out of pocket attached to an insurance claim. Others read as holding yourself out as an adjuster: insurance claim specialists, we adjust your claim, we maximize your settlement. Each one is quick to write and slow to unwind once Google has indexed it across forty pages of your site.

There is an opposite failure mode, and it costs just as much: going quiet, because somebody told you that you cannot speak to the insurer at all. That is not what the statute says. C.R.S. 6-22-105(3) carves it out. Once you hold a valid contract with the property owner, you may discuss the scope of repair with their insurer. So our roofing marketing says that plainly. You inspect. You photograph, measure and document the damage. You put the scope in writing, and with a signed contract in hand you walk that scope through with the adjuster. That is a stronger promise than silence, and it is one you can actually keep.

We are marketers and not your compliance advisor. Have your own counsel confirm the final wording, including whether a given page is describing residential work funded by insurance proceeds, which is the only work the deductible rule in 6-22-105(1) reaches, and confirm the licensing rules in every jurisdiction you serve.

What Roofing Marketing Looks Like On A Commercial Account

Texcore Construction runs commercial roofing across the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex. Strong crews, real revenue, and a single-page website last updated in 2023 with no service pages, no analytics and no follow-up. Nobody found them by searching for a commercial roofer. They were visible only to people who already knew the name.

Comparing the first 61 days of working together against the most recent 61 days in Google Search Console, the number of times they appeared in search went from 5,160 to 149,000, and clicks from people who were not typing their company name went from 17 to 159.

The honest part is published alongside it. Their average ranking position and click rate both fell over that window, because going from a handful of searches to thousands puts you on page two for plenty of terms you were on no page for at all. These are clicks and conversations, not signed contracts. Read the whole thing, caveats included, in the Texcore Construction case study, or browse the rest of our published client results.

Local SEO, Google Business Profile, and AI Search Optimization run $1,500/month. Ads management is separate. Full breakdown on the pricing page, month to month, no lock-in.

Roofing Marketing Questions

Straight answers, no sales pitch.

When a roof gets damaged, people search “roof repair near me” and book fast. Local SEO gets your business showing up in that moment, not buried behind roofers who invested in it first.

Yes. Paid ads are the fastest part of roofing marketing, especially around storm season and roof replacements. We target the zip codes and search terms that match real demand, so ad spend goes toward people ready to hire, not just browsing.

Trailblazer CRM sends an automatic text back within seconds of a missed call. The homeowner gets a response before they move on to the next roofer in their search results.

Ads can start putting calls on the board within the first couple weeks. Colorado Springs SEO builds over 3 to 6 months as Google warms up to your site. We will give you an honest timeline before you sign anything. See what that looked like for a commercial roofing contractor in our Texcore Construction case study.

Local SEO, Google Business Profile and AI Search Optimization together are $1,500 a month. Ads management is $1,500 a month or 10% of ad spend, whichever is greater, with ad spend paid directly to the platform. The audit gives you a real recommendation for your market before you commit to anything.

Because the season ends. Retail replacements, repairs and commercial reroof bids are what keep crews scheduled between storms, and none of them show up on their own. The follow-up list you build during a busy month is the list you sell into during a slow one.

No. Month to month, cancel any time. Your ad accounts, your Google Business Profile and your data stay yours.

Keep Your Crews Busy

Two roofers, real numbers: Texcore Construction went from 17 to 159 clicks from non-branded searches with 84 automations answering and booking leads. J&J Roofing’s mobile PageSpeed score went 63 to 89 in 17 hours on a hosting move alone. See both case studies.
